On March 10, 2016 Rahel Dette presented to the M&E Thursday Talks on Digital Vulnerability and E-Security Strategies. Rahel Dette is a research associate with the Global Public Policy Institute in Berlin. Her research interests include humanitarian aid, sustainable development and the international response to crisis, particularly post-crisis situations. Her independent research projects have taken Rahel to Israel-Palestine, where she studied results of peace negotiations, and to Tunisia, where she investigated the impacts of the Arab Spring, with an emphasis on the political economy of the new regime and post-revolution tourism strategies.  Rahel holds a bachelor's in political science and Middle East studies from Brown University....
